1. Service Nature

All our services — including Google Business Profile Optimization, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads Campaigns, Lead Generation, and SEO — are personalized as per each client’s specific goals and requirements.
Therefore, once the project begins, our team invests time, tools, and resources immediately — making it difficult to offer refunds after initiation.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only in the following cases:

• If payment was made by mistake or duplicate, and no project work has started yet.

• If Monetize Aura is unable to initiate or deliver the service due to internal technical issues.

• Any such refund request must be raised within 3 working days of the payment date.

No refund will be issued once:

• The project has started or work has been assigned to the team.

• Deliverables such as reports, ad campaigns, creatives, or setup have been shared.

• The delay or issue arises due to incomplete information or late response from the client’s side.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable once initiated:

• Google Business Optimization Plans

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads Campaign Setup

• SEO, Branding, or Content Marketing Packages

• Custom Website Development or Designing Services

• Consultation or Strategy Sessions

All payments for these services are considered final and non-reversible.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Clients may request cancellation before the project starts by contacting our support team via email or WhatsApp.

• Cancellations are accepted only before any work has been initiated or resources allocated.

• Once the project starts or credentials are shared, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

5. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds (in eligible cases) will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the approval date.

• Refunds will be issued to the same payment source (UPI, Bank Transfer, Payment Gateway) used during purchase.
